IT Center Region Jönköping County is looking for an experienced test leader who wants to work closely with customers in dynamic and complex IT environments. The Role of Test Leader

As a test leader, you will be part of our testing team while also participating in project and management work. The assignment as a test leader includes coordination, planning, and execution of various quality and testing phases. The work also includes analysis and risk assessment of deliveries. In the role of test leader in the region, you act as an ambassador for the work with testing and quality assurance. You are responsible for process-related issues in the area and ensuring that these issues are implemented and followed up. We think of quality assurance throughout the process, from analysis phase to production phase.

The role is a permanent position with full-time scope, and a probationary period may be applicable. Start date is by agreement.

Your Profile

You have a university degree in IT or another education deemed equivalent. You also have a test leader education within ISTQB or similar. You have several years of experience working with test leadership and experience in quality assurance of complex IT systems. Experience with testing in business support systems, automated tests (e.g., SoapUI tests), and performance tests is meritorious.

It is important that you have good collaboration skills and clear communication. In the role of test leader, we see that you are proactive and have the ability to be responsive to our customers and their needs. As quality work is changing, flexibility and the ability to see both the big picture and the details are required. You have a desire and ability to share your knowledge and experiences, and you want to develop together with our customers and colleagues. You are results-oriented, structured, and drive issues forward with good analytical and pedagogical skills.
