We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for our clients in Kungsbacka!

This is what a day might look like:
The tasks vary depending on which client you work with. With one client, you might participate in horseback riding or drive a car, while with another client, you help with household and gardening chores. Every day looks different depending on who you are working with.

For several of our clients, the tasks include personal care, assistance, transfers, and household chores.

Who are you?

Positive traits in the assistance profession include being attentive, engaged, and flexible. Previous experience in personal assistance is not a requirement; rather, personal chemistry and willingness are more important. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement.

About the position:

The position is a part-time employment as needed. Varying weekdays, both daytime and evening hours.

Start as soon as possible for shadowing/introduction. Passal Assistans offers a rewarding and varied job with good employment conditions, training, and wellness grants. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements. You will also receive good support and contact with your assistance manager.
