Staff Member in Internal Services for Private Medical Practice

Are you an experienced caretaker looking to develop in a role where you contribute to an important community service? We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented staff member for our private medical practice in Eskilstuna.

About the Role

As a staff member in internal services, you will play a central role in ensuring a well-functioning work environment for both staff and patients. Your tasks will be varied and include everything from office services to basic property maintenance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling office and internal services
• Collection and distribution of mail as well as unpacking materials and shipments
• Receiving and managing goods and packages
• Assisting with moving and furnishing of premises
• Preparing rooms and equipment for meetings and conferences
• Troubleshooting and reporting property-related issues in collaboration with property owners
• Access control, handling of access cards and alarms
• Ordering supplies and receiving via portal

We are a modern and private ENT specialist clinic where we work as a team to provide high-quality healthcare to patients in the ear, nose, and throat area. We have agreements with Region Sörmland and have been operating in Eskilstuna for several years.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in caretaker duties or internal services who enjoys varied and practical work. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and have a good sense of service.

Qualifications

• At least three years of work experience as a caretaker
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
