Visita is now looking for an engaged lawyer with a focus on local rental law to join our rental law team in the Industry Law department.

Job Description

You will be part of a team of eight lawyers, four of whom primarily work with rental issues. The focus of this position will be on local rental, leasehold, and certain other real estate law matters. You will represent member companies in rental negotiations, act as a representative for member companies before, among others, the rental board, and participate in courses for companies in rental law.

As an industry lawyer at Visita, you will also inform, advise, and assist our member companies on a wide range of industry-related issues. This includes writing consultation responses and otherwise participating in Visita's advocacy work to promote conditions for entrepreneurship in the tourism sector.

You will work with social and economic policy issues on a broad scale. Since our members vary in size from very small individual companies to large international chains, it is important that you have a good understanding of the complexity of our industry. Travel may be required in this position.

Who are you?

You have a law degree and at least five years of relevant work experience in local rental issues. You have a good understanding of rental legislation.

As a person, you are social, unpretentious, responsible, and communicative. You are used to working independently as part of a team. You have a responsive, trustworthy, and relationship-building approach towards our member companies, as well as to colleagues and counterparties. To succeed in this role, you also need to be service-oriented, solution-focused, and have the benefit of members in mind. You are comfortable expressing yourself in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
