We are looking for hundreds of summer workers for 2025! The positions vary in length, starting as early as March, and we offer opportunities in several areas: production, maintenance, and transport. Become part of our community and join us on the path to fossil-free steel production. Interviews and recruitment are ongoing, so submit your application today! Location: Luleå.

Joining the SSAB family means embarking on a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future and sustainability of our planet. Steel has been one of the most important materials for our societal development and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges that connect our cities, and in tomorrow's cars. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high-strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. Therefore, we have developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production, and by around 2030, we will be virtually fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be important in realizing this goal and thus contributing to a green transition of the entire steel industry.

As a summer worker with us, you will be an important part of a team where joy at work, collaboration, and safety are always in focus. Together, we are responsible for delivering world-class steel.

We are primarily looking for process operators for our production departments, but also mechanics, electricians, laboratory technicians, and vehicle drivers. Regardless of the role, you will receive thorough introduction and training to ensure you feel secure and can do a really good job. With us, there are opportunities to work daytime, shifts, or on an hourly basis during training.

With us, you will have the chance to develop and broaden your knowledge in exciting areas, as well as the opportunity to make a difference in our transition to fossil-free steel production in an inclusive workplace where we value community and commitment.
