Great that you found the ad, we will take the opportunity to summarize a bit from our visit to Northbike, what the employees say, and briefly about how to apply.

First of all, we really want to highlight that it is an incredibly nice group that works at Northbike. There is a great spirit of progress, a lot of laughter, and full focus on every customer that comes in. As one of the employees said to us, it is a privilege to work with someone's passion.

We barely made it 10 meters before we were asked about a cup of coffee, and the entire premises are truly filled with really nice machines. Here you feel very welcome. We sat down with Johan Larsson, who is in charge at Northbike Umeå, where he briefly told us about the journey the company has made from starting in a smaller garage in Sundsvall to being where they are today. From Umeå, about 2000 machines are delivered each year, and BRP is far ahead in the development of its entire segment within snowmobiles, ATVs, trailers, and jet skis.

Afterwards, we took the opportunity to follow the team in the workshop, and the impression is that this is really cool. The workshop is bright and state-of-the-art, where each segment within snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, and jet skis has its own area. This must be a bit of a technician's dream from a work position perspective, with access to tools, systems, and personal space.
