ABOUT THE POSITION As a chef with us, you will work with cooking of high culinary quality. Both hot and cold kitchens are included, so you need to have experience in both. You will work on creating high-class dining experiences while also being involved in developing our kitchen. We offer a well-equipped kitchen and colleagues with high ambitions.

We are looking for someone with documented professional experience, who is responsible and has a good sense of quality and service. You thrive best when there is a lot to do, and you contribute joy and energy to the work. Collaboration is one of your best qualities, and you are meticulous, flexible, and solution-oriented, but above all, you focus on the guest!

The position is a seasonal full-time employment. Start date according to agreement. There are good opportunities for further development within Svenska Kulturpärlor in the long run.

ABOUT GRIPSHOLMS VÄRDSHUS Gripsholms Värdshus is located with a view of Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred. In addition to being Sweden's oldest inn, we also have 46 hotel rooms and two restaurants; Matsalen and the back pocket Skänken, which share the same kitchen. The business includes a banquet hall and a catering service. During the summer, we open our outdoor bar, garden restaurant, and our Swiss restaurant at the adjacent Callanderska farm.
