About the position

As an industrial worker at our client, you will work on the manufacturing of products according to specifications and ensure that high quality is maintained through careful controls. You will be responsible for following safety regulations, handling machines and tools, and reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement work to optimize the production process at our client.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed a recognized high school education, preferably with a technical focus or another education deemed equivalent. You should have previous experience working in production or the manufacturing industry, be able to handle various tools, and have good machine knowledge as well as basic skills in reading technical drawings. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You should be able to work shifts and have a strong work ethic along with the ability to work meticulously and efficiently.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of working with CNC machines or other advanced production equipment, as well as forklift and overhead crane licenses. Experience working in teams and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments is highly valued.
