Job Responsibilities

As a Service Engineer, your work will be performed either on-site at the customer or at the office located in Bollnäs. You will work with the design, programming, and commissioning of Schneider Electric's products within building automation. Additionally, you will maintain a dialogue with various departments of the customers, including IT, to ensure you have access to servers to carry out your work. You will ensure functionality by testing the systems and functions you have developed in consultation with the customer.

You will have the support of your colleagues in the team, who have expert knowledge in their respective fields, as well as project managers and business developers who maintain excellent dialogues with customers and partners.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

We are looking for someone with previous experience in either IT, control engineering, HVAC, or electrical work.

In addition, we believe you have a technical interest and are driven to learn new things and develop! Experience with BACnet, Modbus, API, or MQTT is a plus but not a requirement for the position. The greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities!

As a person, we believe you have a genuine interest in technology and can take responsibility and initiative in the role. You want to develop and take responsibility for your own growth as well as the work you perform. We also believe you enjoy interacting with people as you will have a lot of customer contact. We would be happy if you want to spread joy with us!

Requirements for the position include a B driver's license and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
