In the heart of the city, you will find Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund - a vibrant hotel within walking distance to everything Östersund has to offer. The hotel features 197 hotel rooms, 11 meeting rooms, a relaxation area with a pool and sauna, a bar, and the restaurant NÒR.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Chef for Brasseri NÒR.

NÒR is a modern European concept developed with Nordic culinary arts and serves as a central meeting place that becomes the first choice for locals. Through a mix of Scandinavian and Central European dishes, our chefs develop well-known classics.

We believe that a dish is never better than its ingredients. Therefore, we work seasonally and set high demands on our suppliers' quality and sustainability commitments, all to ensure our guests can enjoy with a clear conscience.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an energy that is contagious, is proactive, creative, and a true problem solver.
  • Is driven by collaboration both within and between departments and takes full ownership not only for your area but for the guest's overall experience. Always and every time!

My name is Adam Lagerblad, and I am looking for staff for our kitchen team. I have extensive experience in various roles within the kitchen. As a leader, I am clear, meticulous, and present. I expect you to be loyal, have a strong interest in food and beverages, and be passionate about delivering world-class cuisine. For us to work well together, you should have worked a few years in the kitchen. If you have, then there are all opportunities for us to make this journey truly spectacular together.
