Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund continues to position itself as the leading and most passionate hotel in Östersund, and we are now looking for a new star for our restaurant Brasseri NÒR. We are looking for someone who has a spring in their step and a bounce in their shoes, and who is just as passionate about fantastic guest encounters as well as food and drink combinations as we are. My name is Simone Engqvist, and I work as Operations Manager at Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund. I have extensive experience in the hotel and restaurant industry and have worked in various positions both in restaurants/bars and at the hotel. As a leader, I am present, clear, and understand that each individual's strengths are what create the dynamics in the team. I am driven by people, meetings, and finding new and common paths to achieve our goals. Therefore, I also expect you to love meeting our guests and, together with your team, provide service beyond the ordinary.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have previous experience working in an à la carte restaurant.
• You see upselling as a natural part of the guest experience.
• You should be curious, fearless, and always see opportunities.
• You have experience handling guest feedback and feel comfortable resolving challenges with the guest in focus.
• You are social and communicative; meeting people comes naturally to you, and you are happy to take the initiative for dialogue.
• You find it easy to work independently and take your own initiatives, but you love working as part of a team.
• We are a group at the hotel that loves a fast pace and being where a lot is happening, which means you also need to thrive when it’s busy.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
