FarCon stands for Farming & Construction and we are a company operating in agriculture & contracting. We are active in and around Eskilstuna. Our base is Närsjö farm, where we conduct farming with cattle and grain cultivation.

The contracting consists of agriculture, landscaping, road maintenance, and green space management.

We are developing in our farming and the team needs reinforcement from an experienced and independent farm worker for our beef production and crop cultivation. We currently cultivate about 200ha of land, with grain and forage production. The beef production consists of about 70 cows with the finishing of calves.

Your tasks:

Daily care of cattle and daily operations regarding crop cultivation.

Planning and execution of production (cutting/weighing of animals, pasture release, etc.)

Jointly with management plan and order inputs.

Perform service and maintenance on the farm's machinery, participate in forage and grain harvesting.

Other parts of the company's operations may be included in your tasks.

You will have the opportunity to influence the operations.

About you: You are a positive and social person with a sense of order and not afraid to pitch in. You work well both in a team and independently. It is important that you help us maintain the relationship with our customers.

Requirements:

Driving license B

Meritorious:

Extensive experience in beef production

Agricultural education

Welding skills

Driving license C,

Loader operator certificate,

Chainsaw license

A good sense of humor

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Weekend work every third weekend.

Salary according to agreement, collective agreement exists.
