We are looking for a driven and committed Service Leader in refrigeration who wants to help develop our operations in Umeå. You will work alongside competent and experienced colleagues both locally and regionally, with the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

About the job

The role of Service Leader involves a variety of tasks: from contact with colleagues to customer meetings, conversations, and planning. You will work closely with colleagues from other departments and locations within Francks. As we are in the process of building up, you will also be involved in sales, customer relations, financial results, documentation, purchasing, resource planning, as well as quality and work environment efforts. Your work includes, among other things:

• building and nurturing customer relationships
• ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment
• being responsible for personnel and creating the best conditions for engagement and success
• communicating and fostering participation at the local level
• regularly following up and evaluating operations

About you

We see that you have worked in the refrigeration industry and that you have a refrigeration certificate category 1. Experience in business law and public procurement is an advantage. You should have experience in designing, sizing, and selling refrigeration solutions to the commercial market.

You are a natural leader with the ability to create security, participation, and engagement among employees and external parties. You have good administrative skills and are proactive when it comes to creating new business opportunities. You are goal-oriented and have a strong desire to continue developing the operations. Your enthusiasm is contagious and inspires others!
