An important key to our success is our competent and experienced employees in the road service area. We are now looking for a team leader for the Skellefteå northern operation area.

Your role with us

We need to expand our workforce. As a Team Leader with us, you will work in a team with planning, work management, invoicing, and follow-up of all common tasks within construction work and road maintenance, such as summer maintenance and winter road management of the road network. As a team leader, you will also have a lot of customer contacts. The position includes being on call, which means being responsible for weather monitoring and communication with subcontractors, as well as assisting in the event of traffic accidents. Being on call means working during inconvenient hours.

Your experience

We are looking for someone with experience in construction work, water and sewage work, and/or operation and road maintenance work. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as a B driver's license.

You are a team player with leadership qualities who achieves good results together with others and can handle working under time pressure for shorter periods. The work involves a great variety of tasks throughout the year, and the work week can look very different. You lead the group through dialogue and involvement, and together you see opportunities and solutions. You are comfortable working with follow-up and documentation and understand the importance of good order and tidiness. You also find it easy to work with systems and technology, as many different types of systems are used in the position.

The position is a permanent employment, with a probationary period applied.

The placement is at our office in Skellefteå. Start date: By agreement.
