Are you motivated by delivering the perfect customer meeting? Would you also describe yourself as a somewhat handy person who enjoys sales and competition? Then you have the right background for the role of Security Consultant with us. Here, we call our installers Security Consultants - precisely because they do so much more than just install!

What does your new role as a Security Consultant look like?

You start your workday from home. With your fully equipped service vehicle, you head out to already booked customers around Varberg and the surrounding area.

As a Security Consultant:

  • You offer our customers a tailored alarm solution based on their needs.
  • You conduct a thorough needs analysis, work with consulting, and upselling.
  • You write contracts with customers, install/read in the alarm, and teach customers how easy our alarms are to use.
  • You provide service and update existing alarms.
  • If you like order and tidiness; You are responsible for maintaining the service vehicle and keeping track of the inventory in the vehicle through stocktaking.

We offer freedom with responsibility where you have the opportunity to influence your salary – really good pay for those who master the job and are ready to tackle new challenges daily. You start with an introduction and training to feel well-prepared for upcoming tasks. The introductory training spans over time, but already in the first three weeks, you will receive both theoretical training and ride-alongs with some of our most experienced Security Consultants.

Who are we looking for?

You are a curious person who enjoys competition and finding solutions! You are motivated to work towards set goals, you dare to challenge yourself, and you are willing to improve. You put the customer in focus and care about delivering the perfect customer meeting every time.

In the role of Security Consultant, you also have the opportunity to use your practical skills. That said, it is good if you don't have two left hands, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn.

To be considered for the position, you need to meet these basic requirements: A valid driver's license (manual transmission), fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and be available for business trips, about once a month, for a week at a time.
