UX writer

Join our design team as UX-Writer and help us shape Position Green user experience across our ESG management Products (Sustainability Suite, Investment and Regulatory Solutions).

As part of a growing team, you will be involved from concept to launch, constantly developing the narrative of our products. We're looking for someone who can be resourceful, flexible, and can effectively prioritize their work.

You are a strong cross-functional partner having worked closely with designers and stakeholders. You are a strong communicator and approach problems holistically as a unified system, forming a cohesive language for our products. You can effectively articulate writing rationale and present it to stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Write clear and concise copy across multiple product lines

Develop ideas based on product requirements, data, and/or research

Consider what language and design patterns best serve the UX

Present copy and design work to Head of Design, executives, or other stakeholders on your projects.

Drive consensus with stakeholders on content recommendations

Manage copy deadlines and deliver detailed copy across multiple projects

Connect with cross-functional experts to ensure we have the proper input on our work

Join design team feedback sessions to present work and help sharpen the work of your teammates

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy

Proven ability to lead content/copy work from concept to detailed design

Experience writing content for web products

Experience writing content principles, messaging frameworks, and style guides

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in all stages design & build

Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns

Comfortable working independently,

Comfortable working alongside other design disciplines in Figma, our primary collaboration tool

Professional fluency in English, both writing and speaking (German or Swedish are a plus)

Experience within sustainability and Crowdin, localization software are a plus
