Senior HR Business Partner to H&M Group Expansion

The Group Expansion function at H&M Group is responsible for all aspects of creating our H&M Group stores; to lease, develop, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store. The Group Expansion team consists of 300 employees, most of them based in Sweden. We are now looking for a driven HR Business Partner to our HR team for one year due to parental leave. Who’s right for the job?
We are looking for a senior strategic and business-oriented HR Business Partner with a positive, agile and pragmatic approach. Together with the HR team you will contribute to business growth and be part of setting the HR strategy according to the business needs.
As HR Business Partner, you will actively contribute by working closely in partnership with our business leaders. You will be accountable for the HR agenda and HR goals being implemented and anchored in the business. You will work both strategically and operationally, to ensure that our HR strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way. Your mission also includes:
Work actively in partnership with the functional management team adding value to business by securing HR strategy and translate business needs in HR solutions and actions.
Influence and motivate our business leaders to continuously develop a value and vision driven leadership according to H&M Groups leadership expectations.
Supporting competence development and ensure competence building, talent management and succession planning according to business needs and our goals.
Driving and supporting change on both a team and organizational level.
Being a strong role model and ambassador for H&M Groups values and culture.
Taking part in and leading different HR projects at H&M Group according to HR goals and our HR processes.
Responsibility for employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations.
Degree within Human Resource Management and approx. 10 years’ experience of working as a HR Business Partner adding value to the business.
Proven experience of creating and implementing strategic plans and follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions.
Experience from supporting organizations through change.
Communicative and have a strong belief in the individual´s potential and their ability to grow and develop.
Change management skills and experience of identifying and managing need for business change in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of coaching a vision and value driven leadership and ability to build trustful relations.
Strong verbal communication skills in English

This is a 1-year temporary maternity cover to start with, position located at the H&M Group Head Office in central Stockholm.
