Team Leader for Estate Clearance and Cleaning Logistics

We are currently looking for several Team Leaders (both men and women) to join teams of four. As a Team Leader, you will manage contacts with deceased estates, families, and other stakeholders, while coordinating logistics together with your team.
Your responsibilities include sorting, packing, emptying, and cleaning deceased estates. We utilize efficient steam cleaning (190-degree steam) which is effective on everything from furniture and carpets to windows and balconies.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a team environment. Together, we create a smooth and professional process for our clients.
