LC Bilcenter AB is currently looking for a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Claims Advisor, you will work with customer interactions and manage the claims process from start to finish. Your responsibilities include customer reception, scheduling damage inspections, and preparing calculations for insurance companies. You will also be responsible for planning the work of our damage technicians in the Cabplan system.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of cars and car repairs. Experience as a damage estimator, claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repairer is advantageous. It is also a plus if you have automotive technical education and documented experience from the automotive industry (CVDA).

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong sense of service, are solution-oriented, and strive to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize in a workday that may involve many different tasks.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience working with Cabas.
• Proficiency in using the phone and computer as work tools.
• Valid B-driver's license with manual transmission.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
