Do you have a passion for genuine culinary joy and want a kitchen where your skills are at the center? At Kajen 11, we expect you to cook with heart.

We are now looking for a flexible chef for approximately 30 hours who wants to take our lunches to the highest level. Some weekend evenings will also be required.

The kitchen is an open kitchen without large areas to run through, but still airy and comfortable since you are part of the "interior design".

We are a small, casually elegant restaurant with about 40 seats where we are building something authentic together. We are a tight, family-like team where everyone has the opportunity to shine and develop "their" section into a pure success.

What we are looking for in you:

• You know genuine, traditional Swedish soulfood inside and out – but you love adding fresh twists that elevate the dish to 2026 standards.
• You are flexible, creative, and enjoy close collaboration in the workplace. Previous professional experience is a plus.
• You want to put your personal stamp on the business, not just follow a ready-made schedule.
• You have a sense for both taste and kitchen economics, and thrive taking responsibility for your section's success.
