We are looking for a personal assistant for a client living in Forshaga.

We are seeking someone with a strong interest and commitment to working with people who need extra help and support in their daily lives. You are proactive and adaptable to different circumstances. It is important that you enjoy being playful and have a spark in your eye! Experience working within healthcare or social care is required. The person you will be assisting has difficulty communicating, which means you need to be very perceptive and empathetic. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential.

The role involves helping the client with daily activities, ranging from personal hygiene, meal assistance, and household chores to organizing fun activities. The duties also include supporting the client with exercise and rehabilitation. Visits to the public swimming pool are part of the job, so you must not be allergic to chlorine. A driver's license is an advantage. The client may have dogs visiting, so you must not be allergic to pet hair.

The position is part-time, primarily scheduled for every other weekend. Weekday shifts may also occur. Working hours include days, evenings, nights (on-call duty), and weekends.
