Buyersclub.se is a growing e-commerce player with high ambitions in the Nordic market. We are now strengthening our warehouse team in Västerås and looking for logistics employees who want to contribute to our continued development.

Role Description

As a logistics employee, you will become an important part of the daily warehouse and logistics operations. The position is full-time and the work is performed on-site in our newly built warehouse facility in Hacksta, just outside Västerås.

In this role, you will contribute to ensuring that the flow of goods functions efficiently, safely, and systematically throughout the entire warehouse process.

Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing deliveries for dispatch. The role also involves updating inventory balances in internal systems, handling shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, resolving minor discrepancies related to deliveries or inventory, and performing general warehouse tasks.

The position initially starts as an hourly employment with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work with a focus on quality.
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and work efficiently even when the pace is fast.
• Good teamwork skills and clear communication with colleagues.
• Basic experience with digital work tools, such as warehouse systems, inventory systems, or handheld scanners.
• Understanding of safe working practices, ergonomics, and workplace safety routines.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse work, such as goods receiving, picking, packing, or dispatch.
• Basic knowledge of English.
