Job Responsibilities

You will perform all standard cleaning tasks involved in regular weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning at our customers' homes. You will travel to assignments using public transportation, and we provide our own cleaning supplies which you will carry in a bag. Additionally, tasks such as laundry, ironing, and folding clothes may occur.

Training

We value providing our employees with a solid foundation and the right prerequisites to succeed in the job. This means you will first receive thorough induction and training from us before you start working independently with our customers. The training also includes practical experience alongside our cleaning supervisor for 1–2 weeks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and flexible. You enjoy cleaning and keeping things tidy, and you share City Hemservice's desire to deliver world-class service. This implies a high service level, attentiveness to customer needs, and being detail-oriented. You have an easy time building good relationships with customers and are flexible regarding working hours and extra assignments.

Merits (not required)

• Experience in home cleaning.
• Knowledge of the Swedish language.
• You must be comfortable working in homes where dogs and cats may be present, and you must not have allergies to other common household elements.

Employment Scope

We are looking for people who can work from at least 50% up to full-time (100%).
