Production Coordinator / Order Administrator

About Us

We are a growing company specializing in the manufacturing of ventilation ducts and sheet metal structures. With modern CNC machines and high production capacity, we are now looking for a structured and engaged employee who wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders.
• Register and follow up on orders.
• Plan and coordinate production together with the workshop.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times.
• Prepare invoices and manage documentation.
• Ensure projects follow the schedule.
• Support daily planning and contribute to order and structure.

We are looking for someone who

• Is organized and detail-oriented.
• Has good computer skills.
• Enjoys planning and coordinating.
• Can work independently and take responsibility.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Speaks Swedish and English. (Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.)

Experience from the ventilation or sheet metal industry is meritorious but not required. We value the right personality and willingness to learn.
