We are currently looking for a diligent and precise CNC Operator to join a successful production company. As a CNC Operator, you will work with machining in CNC-controlled machines. You are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and quality-assuring production according to drawings and specifications. The work is carried out in close collaboration with your colleagues in production.

Your responsibilities

• Setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Reading and following technical drawings and instructions.
• Control measuring parts and ensuring high quality.
• Performing simple adjustments in programs when necessary.
• Contributing to orderliness and improvement work in production.

Your background and skills

To succeed in this role, you have experience working as a CNC operator or in a similar position. Experience with programming or setup is considered an asset. You have good ability to read drawings and solid measuring skills. As a person, you are precise, responsible, and quality-conscious. We also value good teamwork skills as the work is performed in a team environment.
