We are currently looking for a new pastry chef at Thelins konditori! We work together in our bakery in Gröndal, where we bake a variety of delicious treats, 7 days a week, day and night. Here, we bake everything for our stores around Stockholm.

We love to laugh and have fun together while challenging ourselves in our work. To fit into our team, you need to be a person with both drive and curiosity. We also want you to have experience in the profession but be thirsty for new challenges.

Since we constantly want to develop our assortment and products, we wish you to be someone who values development and knowledge. You often bring a cheerful mood and are open to new ideas and ways of working. You are not afraid to take on a challenge and you enjoy working efficiently at a high pace in a work environment where there are many balls in the air.

Tasks

As a pastry chef, the focus is on preparing large parts of our pastry assortment, such as pastries, cakes, sugar cookies, and other baked goods. Here we work clearly as a team, focusing on different stations. It is important to us that you possess knowledge of the craft and raw materials to be able to produce the best possible product.

We require previous experience in the profession. We maintain a high work pace in our bakery and are challenged to bake large volumes with good raw materials, almost exclusively by hand, to always achieve a solid end result.

The work is scheduled during the day Monday–Friday and on some Saturdays.
