1 Position – Pågen Sales Representative with C-License in Luleå

Pågen is currently seeking a Sales Representative with a C-license for Luleå on a permanent basis. You will become part of Sweden's largest sales force in a family-owned company where commitment, courage, and responsibility permeate everything we do.

Responsibilities

As a Pågen Sales Representative, you are responsible for both the sales and distribution of our products. You work independently with your route and have daily contact with retail customers.

In this role, you work according to our 4R working method, which ensures quality in every store:

  • Right quantity
  • Right campaign
  • Right placement
  • Right action

This means that you:

  • Visit stores, deliver, and replenish products
  • Ensure the best possible shelf exposure and campaign visibility
  • Plan and execute sales activities
  • Work actively with orders and follow-up
  • Take responsibility for your route and drive your own business

With us, you are an important part of the store's results, not just a supplier.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and develop in their role.

Requirements:

  • C-license (Heavy goods vehicle)
  • Valid YKB (Driver's license for heavy goods vehicles)
  • Tachograph card
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Merits:

Additional information

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period.

The work involves early mornings and a varied work week where we deliver fresh bread to stores Monday through Saturday. You work according to a rolling schedule where work every third Saturday is included.
