Do you want to work closely with the agricultural sector and contribute to developing an important function within Swedish animal production?

Konvex is currently seeking a Head of Agriculture to help develop the operations of Svensk Lantbrukstjänst. In this role, you will combine industry expertise, customer contact, and development work, with a focus on quality, relationships, and long-term improvements.

You will be given a role with great independence, working closely with both customers and operations, where your work contributes to strengthening Swedish agriculture.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As Head of Agriculture, you will drive and develop the operations. You will work closely with farmers and industry actors while collaborating internally to ensure high quality.

In this role, you will combine strategic development work with operational responsibility for customer service. You will identify areas for improvement and drive the work forward.

Examples of tasks:

  • Participate in driving and developing the operations
  • Contribute to ensuring deliveries and customer experience maintain a high level
  • Follow up on complaints and initiate improvement measures
  • Build long-term relationships with farmers, partners, and customers
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry meetings
  • Collaborate with industry actors

The role involves business travel, and you will regularly be out in the field. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the conditions in agriculture who thrives in a role combining relationship building, operational work, and development.

You likely have a relevant agricultural education, such as a Master of Agriculture (Lantmästare) or equivalent, and good knowledge of animal production. You are experienced in customer contacts and have an established network within the industry.

Konvex AB is a shareholder in Svensk Lantbrukstjänst AB together with Svenska Köttföretagen. Svensk Lantbrukstjänst AB operates throughout Sweden, performing the collection of animal by-products, culling, and collection of deceased animals from livestock farmers across the country. The company also performs autopsy transports of animals to autopsy sites throughout the country.
