Machine Operator for a Small Industrial Company – for Those Who Want to Learn and Take Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

As a machine operator, you will monitor, control, and maintain machines in production. You will ensure that there is material available in the process and that the machines keep running by addressing minor operational disturbances. The job also includes emptying lines, handling materials, and driving forklifts as needed. You will work both independently and together with colleagues in a team.

At our client, you are an important part of production in a smaller company where flexibility and collaboration are central. You will gradually learn several different machines and tasks, allowing you to rotate between different stations during the workday. This creates both variation in the work and stable production.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with an interest in technology and production who wants to develop within the industry. You are responsible, reliable, and have a strong desire to learn new tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are important traits, while you also enjoy working with others.

You contribute to a positive work environment by being a good colleague and team player. Experience from industry or production is an advantage, as is a forklift license, but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on your personal attitude, work ethic, and commitment.
