Jain Trädgård AB is growing, and to meet the increasing demand from customers, we are now looking for an additional team leader.

We care for, maintain, and manage municipal parks and green areas, housing associations, schools, and preschools.

We are a team consisting of park workers, landscape workers, group leaders/team leaders, supervisors, and owners who are committed to creating pleasant and safe green environments. We prioritize a good and safe working environment.

As a team leader, you will plan, develop, and lead the work for your group. You will have your supervisor to consult with.

Your responsibilities include performing and planning the tasks to be carried out at the sites, meeting both new and existing customers. You will show our contractors the work, and you may participate in operational meetings and handle error reports.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals with post-secondary education in green professions such as horticulturist, landscape gardener, or similar, as well as good computer skills. You should have knowledge of practical gardening and experience with similar tasks. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. A driver's license (B) is a must.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, and we seek someone with a strong drive and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You collaborate well with your workgroup, contractors, and other colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment.
