Laserklinikcenter is a modern and results-oriented aesthetic clinic located centrally in Uppsala. We combine modern machines with a personal approach and offer advanced treatments in laser, cryolipolysis, skin rejuvenation, teeth whitening, HIFU, and more. As our customer base grows, we are now looking for a key person to join our small and ambitious team.

About the position

Do you want to work in a clinic where customer safety, results, and service are in focus – and where you have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and the future of the business? We are looking for an authorized skin therapist for a broad and independent role.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Conducting consultations and creating treatment plans

· Working with modern treatment machines

· Following up on treatment results

· Documenting and communicating with customers

· Selling treatments and products

· Managing payments, organization, and daily operations in close collaboration with colleagues and the owner

You will be an important part of our team, where collaboration and accountability are central.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Authorized skin therapist (SHR-approved education or CIDESCO diploma)

· Fluent or very good Swedish in speech and writing

· Interest in sales and results

· Service-oriented, meticulous, and self-driven

· Ability to work both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

· Experience with laser machines

· Experience with treatments

· Familiarity with Bokadirekt

· Other languages besides Swedish

· Experience with cash handling and direct sales

· Work with social media

· Meets the conditions for start-up jobs or other employment support

· Has own clients

Employment conditions

· Employment type: Permanent (6-month probationary period applies)

· Scope: 100%, 50%, 25%, or hours

· Working hours: You decide which days you want to work and how many hours per week, with a lot of flexibility; can also combine with other jobs if desired

· Salary: Commission + bonus upon goal fulfillment

· Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement
