About the position

In the flexible role of Baker Assistant + Café, you will work 50% of the time in the bakery and 50% in the café. As a baker assistant, you will help with simpler tasks related to baking, such as preparations and support in production. You do not need to be a trained baker, but you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to learn. As a café staff member, you will take care of guests in the café with warmth and a sense of service, sell and serve bread, buns, and pastries, and handle dishes and ongoing tasks.

Do you have experience as a barista, kitchen/service, bakery, or dishes? Great!

Facts

Scope: 50-80% (work every other weekend)
