NannyCare and Carde Städpartner are looking for a team leader for the area of Cleaning Services. The role involves personnel responsibility for about 10 employees.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for a cleaning area that spans the entire Stockholm region. The role includes schedule planning, coaching, training, quality follow-up, and ongoing contact with the company's employees.

We expect that you, as an applicant, have at least 10 years of work experience in a leadership role, are solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating and building networks. You also need to have very good Spanish language skills in both speech and writing.
