Storlien Högfjällshotell is looking for several ambitious chefs for the 2025 season.

Storlien

Storlien is a small village located in the mountains of Åre municipality. Here you will find grocery stores, restaurants, a preschool, a ski resort, hiking trails, lakes for fishing, and cross-country and snowmobile tracks. Last summer, Storlien Högfjällshotell got a new owner after 5 years of waiting. The hotel currently has 140 rooms, a restaurant, a gym, and a pool. We continue to renovate the facade, outdoor areas, and an additional 70 rooms.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a chef, preferably á la carte, who wants to work in Storlien, Åre municipality. You have a great passion for cooking and are also eager to work with local ingredients. You have a strong sense of teamwork and, together with your colleagues, want to provide the best possible experience for guests visiting Storlien.

Experience is a plus, but a good attitude and strong work ethic will take you far.

About the position

Working hours and tasks vary as we work with both á la carte service and Christmas buffets and children's menus. We are primarily looking for seasonal employees, but if you enjoy working with us and we enjoy working with you, there is a possibility for a permanent position as the hotel is open year-round and is entering an exciting new phase! The employment starts in February 2025.
