About the role

We are now looking for a senior project manager to drive our largest and most complex projects as part of our constantly growing team. If you can also work as a change leader, handle requirements, and/or lead testing work, it is an advantage.

A typical day at work

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of how to lead teams and projects towards set goals. The role requires a broad interest in operations combined with an overall understanding of technology, and it may involve project management of our commitments as well as working on projects with our customers. You are interested in identifying new opportunities with our clients and participating in the bidding process.

Who do we think you are?

We are looking for someone who is often described as friendly, engaged, structured, communicative, solution-oriented, and service-minded with a genuine interest in project management. You should feel comfortable engaging in dialogues with clients, advising, participating in sales, and reporting to a steering group. You are accustomed to following project models and can manage both agile and waterfall projects. It is desirable that you have a post-secondary IT education, proficiency in Swedish/English, and a B driver's license.
