Are you a qualified career counselor looking to make a real difference in students' future choices? At Västerholm, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their schooling, on to high school, and into life beyond.

As a career counselor with us, you will work with both individual consultations and group initiatives. You will inform students and guardians about educational pathways and the job market, guide them in their high school choices, and strengthen students' self-awareness, motivation, and belief in their future. You will stay updated on changes in the education system and contribute to creating a coherent path for students towards their future. Collaboration with subject teachers and the student health team is essential.

The position is a permanent part-time role at 40%, starting at the beginning of the fall term in 2025.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in career counseling
• Has good knowledge of the education system and the development of the job market
• Is skilled at building relationships and creating a sense of security in conversations
• Works in a structured and independent manner, but also enjoys teamwork
