Vestre Production AB in Torsby is now looking for a production manager for the factory in Torsby.

Role Description:

As a Production Manager, you will work closely with the Factory Manager. You are expected to prioritize the most important actions in accordance with the agreed goals regarding safety, quality, budget, and timeline. Lead and develop the department while exercising good leadership in accordance with the company's policy.

You are responsible for leading the daily production and ensuring that the department operates cost-effectively with a focus on sustainability.

You are responsible for ensuring that operations comply with laws and regulations and that the department produces according to set goals for quality and quantity.

You are a collaborative and solution-oriented flexible person who feels a strong commitment and responsibility in your work. You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoy order and tidiness.
