We are looking for a driven and responsible Team Leader for our cleaning department! If you have leadership experience, are customer-oriented, and have a passion for developing and driving operations forward, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and be responsible for the startup and operation of cleaning projects.
  • Be responsible for multiple clients and ensure their satisfaction and the quality of delivered services.
  • Lead and coach a team of cleaners to ensure the highest possible work standards and efficiency.
  • Manage planning, reporting, and follow-up of the department's work.

Requirements:

  • Leadership training or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in leading teams and managing customer relationships in cleaning.
  • SRY certification.
  • Experience with Tengella and management through digital platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as English in speech.
