Brogyllen is a classic bakery founded in 1962. We are a genuine family business that is passionate about what we do and only use pure ingredients to ensure our products maintain the highest quality. All our products are crafted according to the rules of the art to achieve a perfect result. In our stone oven bakery in Mölndal, we bake all our bread with sourdough and place great emphasis on tradition and quality.

We are now looking for a baker who wants to become part of our fantastic team and help deliver beyond the ordinary. As a baker with us, you will create everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients and care. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, has an eye for aesthetics, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable in your role and understand the importance of making decisions and taking responsibility for your work.

It is a plus if you have experience in shaping bread and baking buns, as well as being accustomed to working with sourdough. You enjoy following trends and believe that bread and pastries should be an experience for both the palate and the eye. We would like you to be outgoing, positive, and thrive in a creative and inspiring environment.

The position is full-time, starting by agreement.
