Control System Designer Wanted for Exciting Project

Are you an experienced control system designer with a passion for advanced technology? Together with our client, we are looking for a technically skilled and engaged consultant for an exciting role in the modernization and upgrading of control systems for gas turbines.

About the Assignment:

You will become an important part of a technology office responsible for delivering control systems in modernization and upgrade projects for both gas and steam turbines. Here, you will work closely with an experienced team and have the opportunity to contribute at the forefront of technology by developing, upgrading, and ensuring the quality of control system solutions for a comprehensive turbine fleet.

Technology platforms used in the assignment include SIMATIC PCS7, SPPA-T3000, and to some extent ABB systems.

Examples of Tasks:

• Installation and configuration of SIMATIC PCS7 systems
• Design of control systems and technical documentation
• Testing and verification of control systems prior to delivery
• Technical leadership role in the version upgrade team
• Participation in smaller technical assignments within the control system area

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Good IT skills and experience working with control systems
• Experience with SIMATIC PCS7 and/or gas turbine commissioning
• Previous experience in control system design is an advantage
• Post-secondary technical education
• You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
