PIMAPO AB is an operator running a small preschool and a small primary school in the countryside. We have high qualifications and teacher density in these units. This particular preschool is located in Östra Grevie.

We are now looking for a preschool teacher for our 4-5 year group who is driven and can plan their educational activities according to Lpfö18, which they can convey and work with together with their team.

We have a joint gathering in the department, after which the children are divided into different groups and each educator has their own small activity that is then evaluated and improved. There are two preschool teachers in the group, as well as an experienced childcare worker.

Planning time is from 8-9 every day, as well as a 1-hour weekly meeting with management. A-team planning is 1.5 hours per week.

We are a preschool that has a well-developed annual cycle to follow; our SKA work involves a lot, but there are good templates to lean on.

When working at a small preschool, you also have close contact with parents, which should not be a hindrance. Likewise, management is close by, which also means short decision-making paths.

We believe that you master Swedish in both speech and writing. We use Google Drive and the Tyra app.
