About the Position

As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse management for our clients. This may include loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, operating forklifts, and transporting materials within the warehouse. In addition, the role involves performing quality checks, maintaining order in the workplace, and collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow. Your contribution is crucial for maintaining a smooth and safe logistics operation for our clients.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a valid forklift license A1-4 B1-4 and documented experience working as a forklift operator. You should have at least one year of practical experience handling different types of forklifts, including counterbalance and reach trucks. It is important that you have a good understanding of safety regulations and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with colleagues and follow safety instructions.

Desirable Qualifications

Previous experience in warehousing and logistics is an advantage, as it provides a broader understanding of workflows and warehouse management. Experience working with digital warehouse management systems can be a significant benefit. Education in occupational health or ergonomics is also viewed positively, as well as knowledge of English to handle international contacts.
