About the Position

As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse management for our clients. This may involve loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, operating forklifts, and transporting materials within the warehouse. Additionally, the role includes performing quality checks, maintaining order in the workplace, and collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow. Your contribution is crucial for maintaining smooth and safe logistics operations for our clients.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a valid forklift license A1-4 B1-4 and documented experience working as a forklift operator. You should have at least one year of practical experience handling various types of forklifts, including counterbalance and reach trucks. It is important that you have a good understanding of safety regulations and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement to communicate with colleagues and follow safety instructions.

Desirable Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in warehouse work or the logistics industry, which provides a broader understanding of workflows and warehouse management. Experience working with digital warehouse management systems can be a significant advantage. Education in occupational health and safety or ergonomics is also viewed positively, as well as knowledge of English for handling international contacts. Additional certifications, such as CPR or fire safety training, can give you a competitive edge.
