Koncepta works with telemarketing, but in a different way – we are unique. We collaborate with well-known clients such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, Småföretagarnas Riksförbund, and Aktiv Skola, for whom we gather members and sponsorships. Our salespeople also call only businesses, with working hours on weekdays 08:00-16:30.

We set no limits on how much our salespeople can sell or earn, and therefore, through our commission levels, you can earn a very high salary if you are active and engaged. We also provide security through collective agreements and a base salary according to collective agreements. If you are a skilled salesperson with us, you also have the opportunity to leave earlier on certain days. All our employees have their own rooms, allowing them to focus on becoming the best salesperson they can be. We train and coach all our employees, which means you do not need previous sales experience, although it is of course a merit if you have it.

Requirements/ qualifications/ characteristics:

You need to have high communication and expression skills and speak very good Swedish since we use the phone as a work tool and call business owners throughout Sweden. We also place great importance on personal qualities such as determination, responsiveness, and the ability to handle different types of situations and conversations. Taking personal responsibility and initiative is important for the role, as well as good collaboration skills since we work both individually with our own goals and customer contact, but also in teams.

Our sales team is one of the absolute best, with employees from various backgrounds and all ages, from 20 to 70 years old. We focus heavily on both selling and community, and we do many activities together.
