Assemblers for the Production Department

Your Role

We are now looking for several assemblers for our production department. The work is varied and we operate in areas such as optics, electronics, precision mechanics, radio, etc. If you enjoy a job with a high technical content, there are good opportunities to develop and build on your experience.

• Assembly of mechanics, optics, and electronics.
• Testing and configuring products used in military training.
• Troubleshooting and investigation.
• Preparation of certain production documentation, such as instructions.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and engaged in their work. You have a natural ability to take initiative, are solution-oriented, and are willing to make improvement suggestions while being able to create a holistic view to plan your work effectively. You take great responsibility for your own work but also have a desire to help and motivate your colleagues and see the value in collaborating to achieve common goals. Furthermore, we believe you are humble, have an eye for detail, and perform your work with a high quality mindset.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in assembly
• Technical education at the high school level or equivalent
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Experience with soldering
• Experience working under a microscope
• Knowledge of electronics
• Experience working in the IFS business system, Office suite, or similar

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
