Holte Sweden is a manufacturing company that develops and sells its own electrical and heating products for professionals in the construction, electrical, and industrial sectors. Our focus is to create the market's best and most sustainable products in close collaboration with customers and partners. The parent company Holte Industri A/S in Norway is a well-respected family business with about 35 employees that has been operating since 1966.

We are now looking for our next colleague to join our successful company in Sweden.

Your tasks

As an employee at Holte Sweden, you will have a varied workday. Your tasks will include everything from assembling and building our products, completing and quality-assuring deliveries to our customers, as well as assisting in the warehouse. You will also work in our business system Monitor. The work is stimulating and technically challenging, requiring you to be focused and meticulous. The work is varied, and you will work both independently and in a team with colleagues.

Your profile

We are looking for a person with great commitment and drive who wants to be part of our team and create continued success. You should be able to prioritize and see what needs to be done while being a problem solver. It is crucial that you are thorough and organized to ensure our quality products. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others while also having the ability to take responsibility. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a fast pace and thrive on having many tasks at hand. If you have experience in assembly and warehouse work, we consider it an advantage, but your willingness and work ethic to learn new things are the most important. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a positive and professional demeanor.
