At StudentConsulting, we are now looking for process operators for Annas Pepparkakor for full-time work during weeks 31-51. Annas Pepparkakor is the company that manufactures and sells gingerbread cookies, and today it is the most beloved gingerbread cookie around the world. The cookies are sold worldwide, and everything starts inside a warehouse in Tyresö, where they work year-round to produce gingerbread cookies. The warehouse in Tyresö will offer you wonderful colleagues who enjoy their workplace immensely.

In your role as a process operator in packaging, you will primarily work with running the packaging lines within production and go the extra mile to achieve the set goals within the company, such as quality and efficiency. You will continuously work to maintain a good order around your workplace and show respect for the organization and the individual. Within your team, you will work at a fast pace, and you will be an active participant in Annas Pepparkakor's improvement efforts.

Your tasks will consist of starting up and shutting down all lines according to machine documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out according to applicable safety regulations and pointing out any deficiencies that arise. You should also be able to assist with changes on all lines. You are also expected to ensure that order and tidiness are maintained throughout the shift.

The assignment means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work at Annas Pepparkakor as a consultant.

The assignment is only valid for weeks 31-51. The working hours are:

• Day shift:
  o Mon-Thu 06:00-15:30
  o Fri 06:00-13:00
• Evening shift:
  o Mon-Fri 14:55-23:25
• Night shift:
  o Mon-Fri 23:25-06:25

This schedule primarily applies every other week.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Understand and write English very well.
• You are unpretentious and stress-resistant.
• Ability to work on weekends if needed.
• Live near Tyresö.

We see that you are a person who can handle a lot of noise and strong smells. You are a communicative person and can handle sudden changes that may occur.

In addition, we consider it an advantage if you have previously worked in a warehouse and have experience as a machine operator. We highly value personal qualities such as attention to detail, stress resistance, unpretentiousness, and flexibility. We would like you to plan to stay at this workplace for the entire season.
