We also see it as meritorious if you have a B driver's license or previous experience working as a distributor.

Our recruitment process and Alva Labs

We want you to feel secure that you are assessed fairly and objectively. Therefore, we use evaluations through Alva Labs. If you meet the requirements, you will undergo a logical evaluation and a personality assessment. The evaluations are based on scientific research and allow us to objectively assess your strengths and potential challenges in relation to the role. You will also receive the results. If you do not complete the Alva Labs evaluations, we will not proceed with your application.
