We are now looking for a process operator responsible for the melting furnace for one of our shifts at Paroc in Hässleholm, and we are collaborating with Wikan Personal in the recruitment.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will mainly involve monitoring the melting process and melting flow for the best possible yield, quality, and production. You will also monitor facility images and take action in case of alarms or deviations in the process.

Like all other employees, you will participate in work related to safety, continuous improvements, and 5S.

Your Background/Your Qualities

To succeed in the role of operator at the melting furnace, you need to be structured and calm as a person while being able to handle stressful and pressurized situations. You are responsible and alert. Previous experience from another process industry is an advantage.

The melting furnace is the heart of the factory, and it is where the process of producing insulation begins. Therefore, it is important to understand the responsibility you have in your part of the value chain to be able to pass on the best possible quality to the next step in the manufacturing process.

There are good opportunities for personal development and the ability to influence the factory's results through your work.

A driver's license (B) and access to a car are required. We also believe that you have good computer skills.

The position is a hire-recruitment, where after six months of hiring through Wikan Personal, you are expected to transition to a permanent position at Paroc in Hässleholm. The work is full-time and currently scheduled for three shifts. The shift pattern may change in the future, so you must be flexible regarding working hours.
