We are currently looking for a pedagogical babysitter for a family in Vasastan, Stockholm.

About us

NPF Babysitter offers childcare to families with children with NPF.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric functional impairment, and the most common impairments are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette syndrome, and Speech impairment. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs, and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before you start your first assignment. At NPF Babysitter, you will have a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

Number of children and age: 2 children, 3 years old

Days and times: 1-2 times a week during daytime/afternoon hours

Desired start date: Immediately

The childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Vasastan, Stockholm

We are looking for someone who:

Has some form of experience with children, preferably with children with speech impairments and motor challenges.

Has experience in language development.

Has experience in clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses.

Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children.

Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job.

Is pedagogical, secure, and calm.

Can work flexibly both evenings and weekends.

Speaks Swedish fluently.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of visual support and TAKK.

Common tasks may include:

Picking up from preschool/school.

Finding activities in and outside the home.

Providing support during outings.

Preparing simple meals.

Bedtime routines.

Activation, socialization, and relief.
